The Blizzard stamp of quality and extra attention to detail is obvious as well as a lowered skill ceiling, making it fairly approachable. Think of Hearthstone as a modern Solitaire to kill some time with rather than something that should consume your being and you will get something back from collecting cards until your eyes hurt.
