Sadly, we can only advise you verify the compatibility of the device with the system you are trying to connect the unit too as we do not have information in regards to using the unit overseas.
There is no power button on the back where the instructions say it is supposed to be. The power switch is optional and it supports for European models only. If you want to connect this to a computer, just plug the power connector at the back of the unit and the other end to a power outlet and the usb connector at the back of the unit.
